Communication with the Media
  1. The district superintendent will handle all communications with the media. Refer all inquiries to him.
  2. When the facts are known, the superintendent or building principal will draft a basic statement about the critical incident and then share that information with the appropriate groups (e.g. building principals, parents, school board members, and media).
