Meridian High School Graduation Project Information

The graduation project is required for seniors and has four requirements. All four segments must be

completed successfully in order to graduate. They are:

  1. Research Paper ~ A scholarly research paper that demonstrates your written communication a nd thinking skills.
     
  2. Applied Activity ~ A self-directed, hands-on, real-life application of learning.
     
  3. Portfolio ~ A collection of your work and achievements that documents progress along a learning pathway.
     
  4. Presentation ~ A presentation of your past learning, current project and future plans to a panel of school and community members.

NOTICES:

The culminating project at MHS is undergoing some changes. For current seniors graduating in June of 2014, the requirements have not changed.

If you have not submitted your proposal, please do so ASAP. Mrs. Waterman has current proposal documents in the library. Advisers will be assigned over the next two weeks. If you have questions before then, please direct them to Mrs. Waterman or Mr. Everett. Thank you! (9/4/13)
