The board of directors of the Meridian School District is the corporate entity established by

the state of Washington to plan and direct all aspects of the district's operations to the end

that students shall have ample opportunity to achieve their individual and collective learning

MINUTES OF SCHOOL BOARD MEETING

October 20, 2010

The meeting was called to order by Chair Brian Evans at 7:00 p.m.

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Board Members present were Judy Boxx, Brian Evans, Craig Wasilewski, Mary Mattison, Karolyn Crabtree and student representatives Angelica Galanti and Eli Pratt.

ADOPT AGENDA

A motion to adopt the agenda was made by Mary Mattison and seconded by Judy Boxx. Motion passed.

CONSENT AGENDA

The following items on the consent agenda were approved on a motion by Judy Boxx and seconded by Mary Mattison.
