Kindergarten Early Release Schedule 2007-2008

The last Wednesday of the month in the following months:

• September 26
• October 31
• November 21 (beginning of Thanksgiving Break)
• January 30
• March 26
• April 30
• May 28

is scheduled as an Early Release day for teacher meetings, students attend school from 9:15-1:15 and ride their regular buses home.

• Mrs. Post's and Mrs. Siadal's Tuesday/Friday classes and Mrs. Graham's class will not attend school on these Wednesdays.
• Mrs. Post's and Mrs. Siadal's Monday/Thursday classes will attend school 9:15-1:15 on these Wednesdays.

This is a change from previous years, please mark your calendars and make arrangements for your child.

There are six other Early Release days during Parent/Teacher Conferences in November and April. On these days students will come on their regular days 9:15-1:15 with the exception of April 2 when

• Mrs. Post's and Mrs. Siadal's Tuesday/Friday classes and Mrs. Graham's class will not attend school.
• Mrs. Post's and Mrs. Siadal's Monday/Thursday classes will attend school 9:15-1:15.

The reason for this change is to ensure that both sessions of kindergarten have as close to the same amount of hours as possible.

Reminder notes are always sent home and you can find the days marked on the Reading Calendar inside your child's folder. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
