STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES
for the
SCHOOL MANAGEMENT PLAN

Line

1 ALL staff members are responsible for development and enforcement of the School Management Plan. Teacher involvement, input, and consistency are critical to the overall effectiveness of the plan.

2 ALL staff members have the authority to hold ALL students accountable to the school guidelines. Enforcement across grade levels builds consistency and sends a message to students that ALL staff members support and enforce the guidelines. Likewise,
staff is encouraged to recognize and reward good behavior whenever possible.

3 ALL staff members will maintain a positive school environment by greeting students, parents, and other staff.

4 ALL staff members are responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of a consistent Student Management Plan. To promote this ongoing process our Leadership Team will:
     Meet on a regular basis.
     Seek input from staff,  parents, and students on possible improvements.
     Meet quarterly to assess on-going process.

5. ALL staff members are responsible for supervision of hallways.
