Britannica Online - a great place to get quick information.  User name and password are posted in your classroom.

Electric Library - this is a great spot available to MMS  students. It offers a wealth of information from periodicals and other on-line reference materials. Best resource for "current" topics. User name and password are posted in your  classroom.

Northern Light - this search engine arranges your hits in neat forders to help you quickly find the right information.

75 Years of Time - look at time's versions of the decades since it was founded 75 years ago. Note: To proceed click on the white index button below the banner.

Time - look at their selections for the top 100 people in various categories in the 20th century. Needs java capability.

CNN - this link is to their interactive site map. Browse by category or use search their archives.
