Elections 2000 Our 8th grade will be studing US Government along with looking at history, key issues, and candidates involved in the elections this year.

All 8th grade classes will be participating in the Elections 2000 "Journey to the Ballot Box" project hosted by The Learning Space and coordinated by MMS 8th grade teacher Keith Mack.
Students will be posting data from the classroom on-line and then watching as other classrooms from across America post their views on candidates and issues. Just prior to the election each classroom will make a
prediction on the ballot percentage for each candidate and also predict the results of the electoral college. Check the Elections 2000 web site for more information.
