As we talked earlier, Big M Records will cover all of your tour expenses providing your group makes all the tour arrangements and the
following four conditions are met:
1.
The five destinations must be approved by me and include a north and south state, two other states from different regions, and one foreign country on a different continent.
2.
Due to other union contracts, you must use at least three different modes of transportation between major destinations - plane, bus, train, light rail, subway, rental car, limousine, etc.
3.
You are to provide all media guides such as posters, pamphlets, bios, CD jewel case design, lyrics, photos, etc.
4.
At each destination you will need to send me appropriate post cards, concert reviews, and a brief report of the places you visited and your observations of the area.
On the week of Feb. 26th we will review your materials and then schedule your presentation to our board of
directors so they can formally approve your tour. Please have your itinerary with map ready for me to view. Be sure to include all your media materials at that time for my public relations department so
that they can arrange advance publicity.
I'm really excited about your group's possibilities and hope you can make this tour a great success.
