Things you'll want to notice in the Works Cited Page above:
- Entries start with an author or title.
- They usually end with a date.
- "Works Cited" title is centered on page
- The list is alphabetized and double spaced.
- Periods at the end of author and book/reference followed by single space.
- For text references use: City: Publisher, Date (single space, note colon!).
- Use "quote marks" for article titles.
- Book titles should be italic if word processed. Book titles are underlined only with doing work by hand.
- Text extending to next line needs hanging indent. Do not hit "enter or return" for a line break. Only hit return when the entire reference is typed
in. You'll format this when all are done!
- Questions? Consult Writers Inc. p. 79-85 (ex. on page 101)
