Let's show our work!

Lights, Camera,  Action....

Our video presentation included a trip to  Lynden, pictures of the mountains and scenery around Washington with voice over commentary, an original news broadcast, and "Building With Bryce". All of this was  coordinated through the magic of Mavis and Mutthead, our wild channel surfers. These shows all gave away important  facts about Lynden and Washington State which we hoped would lead the other groups to our location.

We used a LCD projector so everyone could see the other schools involved in the  project. Important notes were kept on the white board. The camera (right) was used to capture our group onto the K-20  network.

The second class (Kent, WA) also gave a  video. The last class (Erie, PA) just read all of their  facts out loud. Then after everybody had finished their presentations, all teams had thirty minutes to try and  figure out where in the other schools came from. Our team  then split up into different groups to try to figure out just where in the USA these schools were located.

Strategies were discussed and revised  in our tech administrator's office while groups researched  clues to the mystery locations.
