Stately Knowledge - These web pages will help you find out the basic facts of any state in the Union, including Washington, D.C. This site is part of the Internet Public Library site which has a wealth of resources for students, teachers, and librarians.
50 States and Capitals - A great site for basic info using by clicking on the state and then exploring links. Good site for federal and state government information as well.
State and Local Government on the Net - Click on the state you want and explore the links to state government as well as links to judical and local/city home pages.
