History: This web site was started in the fall of 1997 by
webmaster Keith Mack and contained about five pages.
At that time we had just connected our building to the internet and the site primarily consisted of a "Springboard" and internet training module which helped our students access the World Wide Web. The site has gone through major revisions each year during the summer months and now has about 150 pages all created by students and staff members.
Current Site: The current site was constructed using Net Objects Fusion 4.0 in the summer of 1999.
Pages from our old site were imported and many new web pages were added. Our site takes full advantage of navigation bars and styles and themes to give us a more unified and aesthetic look. In addition to the navigation bars, each page has a gold inset in the left margin which will get you to the section main page when clicked. Hopefully you will find it easy to navigate and find things you are looking for.
Site Pages: During the 1998-99 school year we saw a major influx of staff and student pages due to the many projects our school was
involved in. Some pages such as the school calendar were the distinct property of a team of students who gathered the dates and then constructed the pages.
Future Plans: We look forward to more involvement from everyone at MMS and Mr. Mack plans to use his new graphics and video class to
help create new pages and maintain the site. The goal: a web site created by students and teachers for everyone interested and involved in education.
