Dear MP3 Families,
We are fortunate we are a community that is skilled in homeschooling. However, your friends, family, and neighbors may look to you as a “homeschool expert”! We encourage you to share with your network of people about your daily school schedule, educational resources and ideas. This is a great time for families to make memories together as we practice social distancing.
As we do our best to implement the latest health recommendations regarding COVID-19, we will be implementing the following plan:
- Campus classes have been canceled
- SLPC’s will make weekly contact with students and families
- Monthly reviews can continue to be submitted for off-site classes
- MP3 library is closed however purchase orders will be accepted
- State testing has been canceled in Washington state
- Re-enrollment for next year remains open on the MP3 website
Since our campus classes are canceled for the next 6 weeks, your SLPC will be contacting you to establish a weekly check-in schedule, just like we do with our remote students. Our goal is to stay connected with your family so our MP3 staff will be working remotely and will continue to approve monthly reviews, process purchase orders, and respond to emails.
We will continue to take the necessary steps to keep our students and staff healthy. Thank you for your support at this time. We appreciate your partnership!
