A Message from Superintendent Dr. James Everett
As the school year comes to a close, I have been reflecting on the many moments that made this year so meaningful. One of the highlights was visiting a classroom at every grade level. During each visit, students asked thoughtful questions, shared big ideas and showed what it means to belong.
Whether it was a second grader offering to help a classmate at recess or a high school student sharing ideas to improve communication, these conversations have stayed with me. Their voices continue to inspire us as we grow together as a district.
I am grateful to our staff for the dedication and heart they bring to their work each day, and to our families and community members for their continued partnership and support.
As we look ahead, we are excited to create more opportunities for student voice, deep learning and stronger connections across our schools.
Enjoy a well-earned summer break. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back in the fall.
