We have been informed that some of you are receiving spam emails pretending to be from Meridian staff members.

The spam emails could contain the subject lines:
  • Please Support Mrs. Caitlin — Exclusive Private Residential Sale
  • Document shared with you: “IMPORTANT PAYROLL DIRECTIVE ; MSD September 2026 Payroll System Update”
Please follow these tips to protect yourself:
  • Do not click on suspicious links or attachments.
  • Delete the email immediately if it appears suspicious.

Update: Steps We Are Taking to Address Spam Emails

Thank you for your patience as our technology team continues to investigate the spam email issue this morning. This is a complex situation that requires us to identify the source of the messages while also taking steps to prevent future attempts.

As part of our response, we have temporarily restricted external access to Google Drive and Gmail. As a result, students and staff will not be able to access Google Drive or Gmail from home this evening.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work diligently to resolve the issue and restore access as soon as it is safe to do so.
