Every school day is an opportunity for your child to learn, grow, and connect with friends. We want your child to be in school as much as possible because regular attendance directly supports academic success. As we enter the cold and flu season, we also recognize that keeping our school community healthy requires teamwork.
To help you decide when your child should attend school or stay home, please use the guidelines below.
When to Send Your Child to School

Tips for Staying Healthy This Season
We can work together to help prevent illness. Please remind your child to:
-
Wash their hands often. Use soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds, especially before eating and after blowing their nose.
-
Cover coughs and sneezes. Use a tissue or cough or sneeze into their elbow, not their hands.
-
Avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouth. This helps prevent germs from entering the body.
Thank you for partnering with us to keep our school a safe and healthy place to learn. If your child needs to stay home, please remember to notify the attendance office.
