Invitation to Attend Sports Physical Night at Ferndale High School, Aug. 19
Ferndale High School in partnership with Bellingham Bay Family Medicine, and St. Joe’s Peacehealth Pediatrics is hosting a Sports Physical Night on Tuesday, Aug.19 check in starts at 5 p.m. physicals start at 6 p.m. and is first come, first served for students entering grades 7–12. Licensed doctors will be on-site to conduct physicals for $20 per student (cash or check payable to Ferndale High School).
A current sports physical is required for students to participate in school athletics. Physicals are valid for two years, but they must not expire during the sports season.

Ferndale High School is located at 5830 Golden Eagle Dr, Ferndale, WA 98248. The event will take place in the gym. Look for the Gymnasium Sail in front of the school. There is no access from the stadium side of the school.
Invitación a la Noche de Exámen Físico de Deportivo que se llevara acabo en la Preparatoria de Fernanale el 19 de Agosto.
La Escuela Preparatoria de Ferndale organizará una Noche de Exámenes Físicos Deportivos 19 de agosto a las 5:00 p.m. para estudiantes de los grados 7º al 12º. Doctores con licencia estarán presentes para realizar los exámenes físicos a un costo de $20 por estudiante ( puede pagar con efectivo o cheque a nombre de Ferndale High School).
Se requiere un examen físico actualizado para que los estudiantes puedan participar en deportes escolares. Los exámenes físicos son válidos por dos años, pero no deben vencer durante la temporada deportiva.
