Students and families interested in learning more about dual credit opportunities are invited to attend our Dual Credit Information night from 6-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 24 in the Meridian High School auditorium.

Dual credit is an opportunity for high school students in grades 10-12 to earn both high school and college credit at the same time.

At Meridian High School students can earn dual credit through:

  • College in the High School select courses at MHS

  • Running Start at Whatcom Community College or Bellingham Technical College

  • CTE Dual Credit with Northwest Career & Technical Academy

  • Advanced Placement (AP) courses at MHS

Spanish interpretation will be provided during the Dual Credit Information Night. If you plan to attend and need an interpreter, please complete our request form.

Students who know they are already interested in dual credit opportunities are encouraged to schedule appointments with their school counselors as soon as possible. Registration is a very busy time of year, and we want to ensure each student receives the best support and guidance during the process.

Please contact our school if you have any questions.
