Yearbook Sales
Yearbooks go on sale three times per year (start of the year, mid-year and end of the year). Yearbooks cost $75. They can be purchased online or in the main office at Meridian High School. Please watch for sale windows in the school newsletter or on social media.
Senior Photo Information
Senior pictures are due by DEC. 19, 2025 for inclusion in the yearbook’s senior section. Photos may be submitted anytime before then. If no picture is submitted and no ASB (school) photo is taken, your student will not appear in the senior section.
Photo Submission Guidelines:

Email a high-resolution JPEG (300dpi) to yearbook@meridian.wednet.edu with the senior’s full name in the subject line. Example: “Smith, Tim senior pic for yearbook”

Photos must be portrait orientation (4×5 or 8×10) and may include the whole body but we may have to crop closer so the students face is clear.

No props near the face/head that covers the face or is a distraction. Pictures that include full-body shots, cars, animals etc. may be rejected if the image has too many distractions or results in a low resolution or distracting crop of the image. Weapons or anything that violates school dress code will be rejected.
- No screencaps. If you screencap from your phone the image will be unprintable. We require a jpeg/jpg file. Please ask your photographer ahead if they can send you (or Mr. McGrew) the high resolution jpeg/jpg file. iPhone photos are not compatible (they are not jpeg/jpg files).
We reserve the right to not use a picture deemed inappropriate. If you don’t receive a reply from Mr. McGrew, your photo was not received or accepted. You are responsible for ensuring it is sent.

Senior Grad Ad Information
Must be reserved via full payment by Dec. 19, 2025 and all photos and dedications delivered to MHS Yearbook (Mr. McGrew) by Jan. 5, 2026. This gives you winter break to gather photos if needed and write the dedication. Submitting images and the dedication BEFORE the due date is ideal.
Grad dedications cannot exceed 50 words for the quarter page (1/4) ad or 80 words for the half page (1/2) ad. Please count the words prior to submitting the dedication. Dedications exceeding the limit will be rejected. Tip: Keep text brief, more content means smaller font.

Half-page: $110 (up to 7 photos)

Quarter-page: $60 (up to 5 photos)
Submit your receipt, photos and message to Mr. McGrew by the deadlines. Hard copy photos will be scanned and returned by year’s end.
