We invite our community to join us in person or tune in to our regular school board meeting at 5 p.m. on June 17 in the library at Meridian Middle School.
During the meeting, we will recognize Dr. James Everett for his service to Meridian School District as he embarks on his next chapter with the Anacortes School District. We will also honor our two student school board representatives for their year of service. In addition, Assistant Superintendent Dr. Kurt Harvill will take the oath of office as interim superintendent for the 2026–27 school year, and the school board will vote on the 2026–27 school year budget.
