Meridian School District Board of Directors is seeking proposals from consultants or firms to assist in conducting a comprehensive superintendent search. Respondents must demonstrate expertise in conducting a comprehensive superintendent search, including gathering input from the Board, staff, parents, students, and community; establishing selection criteria; recruiting and identifying a pool of highly qualified candidates; and supporting the process through the selection and employment of a new superintendent.
