What a fantastic start to the school year!
Our theme this year is “One Team. One Purpose.” Today, I saw that commitment in action across our schools. No matter their role, our staff are united in supporting students and contributing to their success.
Students arrived with smiles and were excited to reconnect with friends and staff members. At every building, I saw staff warmly greeting students, welcoming them, and helping them find their way to class when needed. I was impressed by how quickly students at every grade level engaged in learning and settled into their school routines.
I am honored to serve as your interim superintendent this school year. I look forward to spending time in our schools, seeing learning in action, connecting with families, and building on the strong foundation of success that Meridian has created.
