IRE Collective Commitments

• Building our collective teacher efficacy knowing that we can work together in PLC’s, across grade levels and roles to positively impact all students’ growth and achievement without exception.
• Using technology regularly, authentically and effectively (aligned, project based, google docs, google classroom, etc.)
• Give and receive quality relevant professional development increasing our collective and individual knowledge of best practices in math, literacy, trauma informed instruction, social emotional learning and language acquisition.
• Partnering with families in a variety of ways to bridge home and
  school for all students.
• Treat one another with respect by sharing with and listening to each other. We’ll advocate for all students, welcome all families and have fun together too.
