IRE Families,
As we head into our final week of school, I want to express my gratitude for another incredible year together. It has been a joy to watch our students learn and grow, every single day.
A special thank you goes out to our amazing PTA and the many volunteers who helped make Field Day such a success. While the weather certainly kept us on our toes, the positivity and commitment to creating a memorable experience for our students never wavered. We are incredibly fortunate to have such a supportive community behind our school.
As summer approaches, we hope you find time to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. Whether your plans include adventures, camps, travel, or simply enjoying a slower pace, we wish you a safe and wonderful summer break. Please see the information below regarding summer office hours and important back-to-school dates.
I would also like to give a special shout-out to our outstanding 5th graders. We are so proud of all you have accomplished during your time at Irene Reither Elementary. We know you are ready for the next step, and we are excited to see all of the success that awaits you at middle school.
Thank you for your partnership and trust throughout the year. We look forward to welcoming everyone back next fall for another great year at IRE.
Best,
Tyler Dockins, Principal
Nate Beede, Assistant Principal
Rebecca Kratzig, Dean of Instruction

Secure DrillThis last week of school, we will conduct a SECURE drill, this is called if there is something scary or dangerous happening outside our building. Sometimes we might SECURE if there is someone nearby who’s not allowed to be at our school. Sometimes law enforcement, like the police or fire department, might call and ask us to SECURE if they know something unsafe is going on outside.
Schools in our county use the Standard Response Protocol from iloveuguys.org. You can learn more about the protocol here.
